Maria joined the firm in November, 2002.  She is a staff accountant.

Maria has an Associates degree in accounting from Bristol Community College.  She also has a Certificate of Achievement in Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management.

A native of Sao Miguel, Acores, she is fluent both in English and Portuguese.  She has worked in the public accounting field for over 21 years.  She has experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and personal income tax.  She resides in Fairhaven with her husband and three children.  She enjoys doing volunteer work with the Home Bound.
